The Duro-Shield™ line includes two styles of aluminum chimney caps: a Band-Around-Brick style that attaches to the top row of chimney brick, and a Multi-Fit style that attaches to the flue tile.

Product Description

Made in the USA, both styles feature an 18-gauge diamond-embossed aluminum hood with scalloped corners and turn-down drip edges. Both cap styles also utilize 16-gauge ¾” aluminum expanded mesh. The Band-Around-Brick cap is held together by ⅛” x ¾” extruded aluminum braces, while the Multi-Fit style uses ⅛” x 1” extruded aluminum braces. The Band-Around-Brick style’s band is made from 2-¼” 18-gauge diamond-embossed aluminum. Both styles ship knocked down and are installed with provided stainless steel nuts and bolts.
